Food & Cooking Workshops
Yoga Lifestyle Studio offers in collaboration with Joris Schildknecht an expanded range of cooking and nutrition workshops. During this workshop we will explore Vital Food, the quality of different products and the importance of a calm mind while cooking. We will also look at the various preparation techniques and how these factors ultimately affect the quality of the food and also affect on you!
You will work with a number of prescribed recipes with room for improvisation. In addition, there is opportunity to ask questions and learn how Vital Food and the principles of conscious eating can integrate in your daily life. Also you will find out what basic ingredients you should have in your kitchen. Prior to and during cooking you’ll be served with fresh fruit and vegetable juices and revitalizing yogi teas.
