For everyone!

Our group classes are open to everyone; you don’t need to be very flexible! The atmosphere is inviting and the instructions are concrete. All classes are open to beginners. You don’t need to register in advance; you can just drop by and join a class. (Check the online schedule)

Our schedule offers two types of classes:
- Regular classes
- Sadhana

Regular classes

Kundalini Yoga classes of 1.5 hour. You’ll be guided through a series of exercises and meditations, enjoy the experience, and working on yourself at many levels. Each class follows a fixed structure: tuning in - yoga set / kriya - relaxation - meditation - closing.


Sadhana is our daily early morning yoga discipline. During the 2.5 hours before sunrise you practice and meditate for spiritual development. Sadhana makes you strong and radiant. Read more..



Kundalini Yoga

Characteristic for Kundalini Yoga are the dynamic exercises, the attention for the breath and the use of mantras. The exercises help you to become aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition and simultaneously improve your health and wellbeing. Once practicing you'll soon discover what Kundalini Yoga can do for you and your life. The emphasis is on the experience itself.
