Kundalini Yoga for everyone!

Our group classes are open to everyone; you don’t need to be very flexible! The atmosphere is inviting and the instructions are concrete. All classes are open to beginners. You don’t need to register in advance; you can just drop by and join a class!

Kundalini Yoga

Characteristic for Kundalini Yoga are the dynamic exercises, the attention for the breath and the use of mantras. The exercises help you to become aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition and simultaneously improve your health and wellbeing. Once practicing you'll soon discover what Kundalini Yoga can do for you and your life. The emphasis is on the experience itself!

A regular Kundalini Yoga class takes 1.5 hours. You’ll be guided through a series of exercises and meditations, and each class follows a fixed structure:

Tuning in - yoga set / kriya - relaxation - meditation - closing.
